The first path is now open on the Avenue site.

It can be accessed by bike from Ingleton Road/Railway Terrace (not officially a RoW). then crossing over the railway bridge. The path then runs over the dam wall that has been built.

Unfortunately cyclists have to turn round and retrace their steps at the position in the image because the path continues as a very narrow footpath to Derby Road!
